Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  1. The item is damaged
  2. You received the wrong product
  3. The item has a manufacturing defect

The request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.

Conditions

  1. Item must be unused
  2. Original packaging and tags must be intact
  3. Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Sale items
  2. Customized or altered products
  3. Unstitched fabric once cut or used

Refund Process

  1. After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit (based on policy).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
