The request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.

- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items
- Customized or altered products
- Unstitched fabric once cut or used
Refund Process
- After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit (based on policy).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
